I had a mild case of covid. That is, I was only exhausted to the point of immobility, slightly feverish, unable to eat, & racked with pain for a few days, & left with a weird little part-time cough & no stamina a week after I was supposedly cured. Still pissed I was infected in my own home.
Similarly, if a random citizen at your daughter's soccer game wanted to check the genitals of the kids playing, you would call the fucking cops, and rightly so. Stop debating these people and call them out for what they are -- creepy perverts, freaky busybodies and utter hypocrites.

It was almost 80° this day in Ventura county CA. Workers tell us it is easily 10-15 degrees hotter in the tunnels where raspberries grow. Their harvest shift ended early. #WeFeedYou

Data center buildings are pole barns with pretensions. Big box stores are built better. The jobs are mostly HVAC and construction electricians. And they don’t really take specialists to run. They drain your aquifer, noise pollute your neighborhoods, cause brown-outs and employ nobody.

Most of the entire landmass of Alaska. The deep south's Black Belt. Southern TX & central CA are swingy but WAY more blue than people think they are.
Like, I hear you! But we also can't kid ourselves that there are very specific, material reasons that most agricultural voting blocs love the GOP. And those reasons are straight up not compatible with democracy! Or even with a viable rural economy!
