If a doctor approves a procedure, no insurance company should be legally allowed to deny coverage. This is the whole reason people have insurance in the first place. If we're going to keep this shit fuck system, at least force the motherfuckers to play by the rules they wrote.

When I first heard about AI being used for menus and advertisements, my concern was largely that it would be used to idealize the food and make it look better than it actually was. At no point did I imagine that restaurants would willingly put out horrific looking images of their food on purpose

What I've found has improved my experience on Bluesky more than anything is going through my new followers each morning and preemptively blocking everyone whose feeds consist exclusively of reposted New York Times articles.
