Before the financial meltdown in 2008 the amount people could borrow was extended to 5x their salary, and longer mortgages of 35 and 50 years. It went down again after the housing market wiped out whole nations in debt. So I am sure this is fine.

How far exactly does this apply? Like are we meant to be silent or kind about Peter Sutcliffe, Ian Brady? Or is it only people that say awful things we can't enjoy? Like we can't laugh at dead Fred Phelps as he didn't actually kill anyone? Or is it literally everyone?

The hacks all seem be implying that Rod Liddle was only a cunt professionally, and that in his free time he was a nice human. But if you're a decent human and the S*n offer you a job to make the lives of gay, trans, black people worse, you tell them to fuck off. So he was a cunt all the time.

As I walk through my new small suburb of a city, which has a traditional market, pubs, shopping area with food and clothes and a jobcentre and an MPs office, with a small bus station and train and tram stop. This place that would hate fifteen minute cities is a perfect fifteen minute city.

I think what's happened here is the press immediately recognised the obvious truth of what Hannah Spencer said but their idea of fairness/compromise is to still go in two footed on her, a vile 'leftie', and then circle back and pick up her points a few months on without acknowledging they were hers

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful
