Yeah fundamentally a lot of conspiracism (and populism) is based on "i was told something i did not want to hear and in response I am creating my own reality" It underlines everything from Covid to the last election.

In 2024 a majority of Democrats held a negative view of the Israeli government, polling showed having harsher policy towards Israel would not have been detrimental to Kamala’s campaign.
