Oh no. Exactly what everyone who knows literally *anything* about it said would happen did in fact happen. Wow. So now all the other know nothings in other governments around the world who are planning on giving away everyone's privacy will stop and think for a single second, right? Right??

Australia’s eSafety commissioner buried a report (released Friday afternoon) that shows the under 16 social media ban didn’t tangibly reduce teen social media use, and also resulted in parents tuning out of kids usage. We traded our privacy for no reason. theconversation.com/more-than-80...

There's the big lads from REDC Research practicing the Yes Minister school of 'leading questions' research to help their motoring client punch down at cyclists. It's Aviva Ireland at it again, isn't it?

Extract from online RedC survey reading; "How often do you think cyclists generally do the following? Wear hi-vis clothing and use lights (Always/ Often/ Sometimes/ Rarely/ Never) Cycle recklessly or unsafely"

Please spread and make Jeremy Clarkson shine like a brown dwarf star 🟤 #justBRILLIANT #jeremyclarkson "That is what disability support can do when it is designed to enable people rather than humiliate them." "And while you have the stationery out, perhaps you could explain the farm."

Brilliant letter from Stuart Thompson to Jeremy Clarkson about his comments that benefit claimants should write weekly thank you letters to tax payers detailing how they spend their benefits each week.

If a elderly 83yo driver tots up 24 (!) penalty points for speeding through a camera close to her home, it indicates she no longer has the capacity to drive and DVLA should revoke until she passes a driving test. I don't give a fuck if it's famous author Lynda La Plante. Ban her before she kills.

The cost of public & active transport infrastructure gets scrutinised within an inch of its life while motor vehicle infrastructure spending at whatever cost is treated as an unarguable necessity, if not ignored entirely. As here, motor vehicle infrastructure is overwhelmingly a terrible investment.

In Feb, Argentina (Peter Thiel’s new home) passed “Milei's controversial labor reform,” which aims to spur investment by: “Empower[ing] employers to mandate 12-hour workdays (instead of the current 8)”, “Mak[ing] it easier for companies to fire workers,” “Limit[ing] the right to strike” 1/

Argentina passes Milei's controversial labor reform

Argentina's sweeping new reform is meant to create more formal jobs by reducing the burden on employers. Recent polls had shown that the nation was split on it.

Lazy fash didn't bother removing the pro-immigration stickers, just stuck his drivel on top, making it easy to remove his and replace with more positive materials. I love the Racist Repellant spray bottle in particular.

Significant escalation in the anti-anti-immigration-sticker campaign. Look who got some NEW stickers, with a slightly different message. I'd love to see the look on yer mans face when he sees these.
