She/her, 🏳️‍🌈, still figuring out what I want my contribution to the world to be.

Tbh watching dramatic TV like soap operas hits so different when your frontal lobe is fully developed. Like, all these characters doing stupid things and saying they didn't have a choice just make me roll my eyes bc all I can think is that no one ever just TALKS and is HONEST. 😮‍💨🙄

I love being home alone because the only ones who have to tolerate my verbal stimming is me and my dog, and he doesn't have talking buttons yet to tell me he dislikes it so 😊

The right has typically outdone the left in terms of maintaining a cohesive message. That's what makes it even funnier to see this administration scrambling to justify their involvement in Iran. Seems like asking them to pick a reason for the war with Iran is like weather in March: changes every day

I recently participated in a community project that will be out soon, and the sense of satisfaction I'm getting from that is so so welcome. Projects like these make me feel like maybe there's actually small things I can do rather than feel powerless, and that maybe it will make a small difference.

I can't get over how absolutely adorable François Arnaud is in interviews. I've only seen him in HR as Scott so far, and that role was very intense and earnest. To watch him in interviews, I'm seeing a really sweet side and it's lovely!

I don’t really know what I expect in posting this, but maybe some people see it and can learn from it. I’ll call it “lessons from an unwilling immigration attorney.” 1/

Reading a fic that was set during the time period when I was in high school and hearing one of the characters say they were "crashing out" just made me feel ANCIENT bc I immediately realized that the author probably wasn't old enough to realize that phrase wasn't a thing back then

centuries pass and still it sings. what a gift it is, how time flattens under the weight of a practiced voice. how irreplaceable

It’s easy to watch the news and feel overwhelmed or even helpless at everything going on. I need you to fight that feeling. I’m an optimist. You have to be when you strap yourself to a rocket for a living. But there’s real reason to be hopeful this year and l’ll tell you why.

I made this video so we can talk about what ICE is actually doing in our cities. I have the details and you need to hear them. Please share this. ICE isn't targeting criminals or even people here illegally. They are just making up the law - every day. Here's what's going on.

the wildest thing is right-wingers acting like minnesotans in videos must be outside agitators when we can all hear their accents. i don't think i could do that accent convincingly if i spent a year practicing. and neither would i wish to. have you heard that shit? craziest american accent

Example on a silver platter why pushing AI use is so harmful. If you have to manually review all of the results it gives you, it's not really even a timesaver. And in the meantime, it has the potential to cause so much harm. www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcn...

ICE error meant some recruits were sent into field offices without proper training, sources say

An AI tool used to help ICE identify potential new recruits with law enforcement experience wrongly categorized some potential new officers, sources say.
