I will say this: by treating the Odyssey like a sort of Greek Bible, you make it unadaptable because every adaptation falls short in some manner. There is some aspect of the story’s original format that is lost when you start casting, condensing, and rearranging the timeline.

One of my contentions with generative AI is that some visual communication methods just do not necessitate the time required to produce them. If you are simply communicating visually a la memes you don't really need to be an artist the same way casual conversation does not require you to be a poet
