Today I got a bottle of Chimay, which is a Trappist beer. I mentioned it some time ago, but Trappist beers are curious because can only be made by an order of monks known as the Trappist. All beers have to be made near a Trappist abbey, and under supervision of the monks or nuns. Monk beer!
