it's just not universal, and it's not something fair to say in a system that's historically failed very specific populations. there have been times it was so bad that black educators quit teaching in schools to home school community kids.

I’ve only heard P.M. Dawn singles. I’ve never heard any full P.M. Dawn albums. I can’t personally recall encountering anyone in my immediate or extended friend groups that ever had a P.M. Dawn cassette or CD so when I saw it was selling I was in shock. Not the singles, mind you… THE ALBUMS. How?

The underlying idea is correct, but I think there needs to be a better word than "incel" to describe men driven by violent, misogynistic resentment.
