Like, I've voted democrat for most of my life and it is only recently that there were viable candidates who did not need to toe the democratic line. Now that I have such a choice, why would I EVER vote for some neoliberal sack of shit who refuses to change the material conditions of my life? Why?
I can't stress this enough: Your local library. You would be amazed how many different groups, clubs, and orgs use your local library for holding events, publicity, teaching classes, or just a communal space. Libraries have never been more tech savvy. Go to their website. Look on their calendar.
