there are plenty of typed functional programming languages but only literally one worked out of the box on my computer so that's the one I like. there are other reasons to like it, but this is mine

how long does it take to push the whole couple gigs of nixpkgs git repo in its entirety to github? how long does it take to pull from that same repo you just pushed? need this for comparison and i dont have good enough internet to wait around to check this myself
