I'm definitely too online or podcast-pilled or something because this made me laugh, honest to goodness, out loud.
Who could it be?

I'm the guy who sucks. Plus I got depression. He/him.

I enthusiastically endorse this message.
It's finally here, I'm ending the Starmer trilogy and it was a blast to make. This time I'm trying to work out whether the 2+ years of feckless, useless, bigoted government had a point to it? And if so what it was. youtu.be/tKw1PGRDLvQ
Whatever I said Whatever I did, I didn't mean it I just want you back for good
Sure, but it was never a question of whether she was right or wrong. All the MPs and the press knew very well she was correct, because they see it all the time. The point was that some insolent upstart tree-hugger had no business running her big yapping mouth, where the public can hear. The end.
Seeing as Gen X loved a time before phones and posting it's absolutely fine to take it away from them forever.
I feel sorry for people who didn't grow up with true boredom. The kind of rainy day in the 70s or 80s with only black & white films on TV, nothing to do on a hot Saturday, or empty time after a school day boredom. There was self discovery, reading, experimentation, play - and joy - in that boredom.
What I hate about COVID downplayers is… you won okay. In the aftermath of humanity coming together to develop the most crucial vaccines of our lifetime & collectively sacrificing to save lives, we are now less safe, less vaccinated & less empathetic than ever. You won ok. Lay down your swords.
The day business and marketing degrees became a thing really was the starting pistol being fired for the collapse of society wasnt it?
Let a generation of brittle, hollow, blank-eyed protestants denigrate media literacy and this is what we get
I've apparently made an "AI" forum on Reddit very angry www.reddit.com/r/accelerate...
You make one tiny error on a form and the DWP will have your meagre allowance + penalties for forever. You fail a rocket test of "Britain's Ultimate Guarantee"? Have another 60bn! www.bbc.com/news/uk-6835...
Trident missile test fails for second time in a row
The UK's nuclear deterrent failed to fire a test missile reportedly landing close to the launch site.

Amnesty UK have apologised to JK Rowling for rightfully calling out her anti-rights rhetoric. Shame on them. A human rights organisation should not cave to pressure from billionaires, especially those who wish to make supporting human rights a terrorist offence. xoxo BASH BACK
I don’t want to be too sensationalist about this but also I’m the least violent person in the world and I think if someone said this to my face I’d hit them
No longer content with pillaging intellectual work and dismembering our environment (already critically weakened), AI companies are now hellbent on destroying books galore including rare editions. Shut down these nefarious enterprises already.
My only take on the Polanski T-shirt thing is that he didn't go far enough and it should actually be Green policy to behead all of our enemies and not just a token figurehead
*Trojan historian watching as the Achaeans break down the gates* Wow, my civilization is undergoing a complex transformation from a heavily centralized and stratified administrative society to a more socially-fragmented modality of living in which material culture is dispersed amidst smaller sites.
this isn't a defence of polanski though, he's a fuckin knob for apologising every time the right get their piss in a twist
Number 10 North just looks like an annoying restaurant in zone one where a mediocre burger is £26 and when it arrives you ask where the chips are the waiter tells you "those are ordered separately" and you order them and they're £7 and come in a little metal bucket for cunts.
Every Odyssey take I see strengthens my will to never, ever have an opinion on it.
Austerity is the belief that the collapse in productivity was caused by too many radio telescopes in Cheshire.
I'm absolutely devastated for colleagues at Jodrell Bank who found out this morning that funding for the UK's e-MERLIN radio telescope array will be terminated. This is a short-sighted move, to save a tiny fraction of the overall UK science budget. #SaveJodrellBank 🔭🧪 www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
Not content with locking up over 3,000 people for peacefully protesting against Israel, Labour now wants to do the same to people protesting against their vile attacks on trans people. Labour keeps insisting people have to vote for them to keep fascism out. They ARE the fucking fascists.
The fact that this is a coordinated push with Reform is deeply deeply disturbing. This is one of those times for cis liberals with a platform to sit up and listen. This should worry us ALL removepaywalls.com/https://www....
I almost admire this dweeb's commitment. He doesn't have to post this. He could read something and say to himself "I don't need to have an opinion about this". He could concede his experience is not universal. He could simply shut the fuck up! But he never, ever will. Logging off is for cowards.
I would die for both of these men

Politicians and pundits giving up human rights of some "in order to win" is like players scoring on their own goal "in order to win." Yes, you're scoring. You've also forgotten the game, and why you're playing, and what winning even is, and you have to be benched in favor of people who remember.
I will not negotiate away anybody’s human rights and I will oppose any politician who thinks that is an ok stance. I don’t care what party. If you’re going to support democrats who oppose transgender humanity the entire thing isn’t worth fighting for. The line must be drawn.
Listen up Workplace, if you don't want my unvarnished opinion don't send me a webform asking for my feedback.
The whole thing is a kind of group performance. You have to keep acting as if all this stuff is sensible opinion that a normal person would have, because the entire press is run by people who have these opinions professionally.
I was at my mum's the other day, and they watch BBC News, and they'd tried to do a sort of Whole Nation Vox Pop on what people think of Andy Burnham, and it's just meaningless. I have to pay by law for this low-quality infotainment (with added hate group behaviour).
For a start I wouldn't say "I'm sorry"
Fuck knows how a government starts saying to the electorate "I'm sorry, you're wrong about many of the causes of your misery, and you're being a bit of a dick about it", but I'm pretty sure it doesn't involve a tally chart of dinghies.
we live under a sort of lysenkoism about political economy in the west. many of the most basic elements of study from the early 20th century have been discarded root and branch, so totally that even the vocabulary fails to persist in memory
