Sure, but it was never a question of whether she was right or wrong. All the MPs and the press knew very well she was correct, because they see it all the time. The point was that some insolent upstart tree-hugger had no business running her big yapping mouth, where the public can hear. The end.

I feel sorry for people who didn't grow up with true boredom. The kind of rainy day in the 70s or 80s with only black & white films on TV, nothing to do on a hot Saturday, or empty time after a school day boredom. There was self discovery, reading, experimentation, play - and joy - in that boredom.

We are disappointed to see Amnesty withdraw their report on transphobia after legal threats from JK Rowling. This is further proof we cannot rely on 'allies' to fight for US, Our work has been so effective that Rowling has called for us to be proscribed as a terrorist group, but we're still fighting. We’ll only win trans liberation by fighting for it ourselves. Don't wait for 'allies' to step in and save us; take action now!

Ministers should consider proscribing a militant transgender activist group which has targeted the offices of MPs, the government's former adviser on political violence has said. Writing in The Times, Lord Walney said the conduct of the group Bash Back "deserves far more serious attention than it has so far received" and that ministers should test it against the same threshold that led to the proscription of Palestine Action.

I will not negotiate away anybody’s human rights and I will oppose any politician who thinks that is an ok stance. I don’t care what party. If you’re going to support democrats who oppose transgender humanity the entire thing isn’t worth fighting for. The line must be drawn.

I was at my mum's the other day, and they watch BBC News, and they'd tried to do a sort of Whole Nation Vox Pop on what people think of Andy Burnham, and it's just meaningless. I have to pay by law for this low-quality infotainment (with added hate group behaviour).
