I also have a news subscription, which is arguably worse, so I had to specifically send in a written request. Took 30 days but I got approved.
Yeah, I've been trying to get through to a lot of people about that, I'm not "cancelling someone because I disagree with her opinions," I'm explaining that every time you go see the Harry Potter play or buy a pair of Hufflepuff socks, you are personally directly funding a hate campaign
One of the reasons I love Bone Temple so much is it’s about going through all this and still making the effort to be a gentle loving father even (especially) when you have no idea what you’re doing.

In empirical fact when we feel useless it is an illusory feeling. we have to Internalize and know this.

This here is the entire crux of the issue. We had sensible regulations requiring years of testosterone suppression and hormone therapy to play in women's sports. This had not been a problem for nearly twenty years, including at the olympics. Then the right made it one by straight up lying about it.

The White House is openly saying they want to eliminate a minority group and people still want to say this is about sports.
Also the fact that there is only one trans athlete in the state is part of the right-wing project! there should be hundreds! the years of anxiety and hostility and alienation is all part of the process
