This recent trend of games listing their direct influences by name is deeply weird. And probably not very legally advisable! It would be very unusual for a film to do this, unless quoting a review. The *first line* of this game's store page is "The Stanley Parable with a loaded rifle."

With Jeremy Clarkson you could sort of understand (not excuse) the immunity from consequences as protecting a bankable celeb. Liddle's career was purely and simply mob underlings performing fealty to Murdoch. Nobody ever bought a paper because that talentless goon's face was plastered on it

I don't think they should build a data center in Brick Lane (there is a housing crisis) but some of the claims being made about what would happen if it goes ahead are bananas. "water will become a luxury commodity"

I will keep bringing it back to this, because it's wild not to. British journalists are wildly right wing because they are selected by a system overwhelmingly run by wild right wingers. Their conception of normal is horrifically skewed.
