It’s bad. Ukraine is still effectively hitting both inside Russia and occupied Crimea almost daily, but Putin (as usual) is targeting population centers instead of legitimate military targets.

good reminder that before the counting is over, election results don’t tighten. at no point is anyone trailing. nobody moves closer. they’re just tabulating the polls. it’s a fixed number that just isn’t done yet. to say otherwise is bad journalism but even worse math.

No, the engineering project actually includes a new route to I-5. Anything to make it look like a progressive mayor is causing chaos, I guess?

"Have to be approved". If Trump has taught us anything it's that if it's not enforced it doesn't matter what the law is. What if Bainbridge just refuses to approve the permits even if they legally have to? Is there any penalty mechanism?

This was intentional. First drones, now missiles. Russia is gauging NATO’s (specifically the US) response to these violations. Every time they strike far Western Ukraine, they get data on Polish operating procedures - alerts, jets scrambled, communications with allies, etc.
