The year is 2027. Some random Black American woman won the 1.5 billion dollar powerball and instituted a cascading current of material impact that allowed enough Black people to go on strike for 107 days to shift the balance of power in favor of working class folk. And oxtail is $2/lb.

Some of the students love the stuff but a great number do feel trapped. Many have “smartness” as a core part of their self image & they *know* that LLMs aren’t making them smarter or more accomplished. But the insanely fierce competition makes them feel forced. Must be a horrible feeling.

They are not all angry for the same reasons. 3.) Being angry at it doesn’t mean they aren’t using it. The sense of entrapment fuels the anger.

Texas’s drag ban was found to be unconstitutional this morning and one of the plaintiffs who brought the suit was an Austin-based drag queen who often impersonates Dolly Dolly was named in the final judgement itself and after hearing about the lawsuit, she sent that drag queen a signed guitar
