JarekFA@jarekfa.bsky.social · 3d agoI asked a driver how they service them since they’re no longer made. He said they have a guy they go to for all the software updates and all that. Even though, it has many missing typical car elements. (Like cruise control or power windows even I believe).

Genuine answer: 1️⃣ the published, peer-reviewed research evidence points to a zoonotic origin (as with previous viral epidemics & pandemics) 2️⃣ there are ongoing harms from promoting the lab leak hypothesis given the lack of peer-reviewed research to support it (see journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/...)

ActBlue trains likely Dem voters to knee-jerk yell STOP at Dems every week for a year before they are asked to go to the polls to cast a YES vote for Dems. The cognitive dissonance of that has got to have a negative effect on turnout and support.
