Weans freaking out because games can be decompiled and made available in a browser - back in the day all we had to do we record tape to tape. This isn’t new

The trump accounts sounds like the equivalent of the child trust funds… which were a great idea and were immediately shot in the head the moment the tories regained power. Everything is upside down.
Am I bad that I think I like that some really old devs are using AI to help bring their old games that they built themselves back to life for new audiences?
I use AI all the time in work - personally, it’s a fancy google search and nothing else. There’s absolutely no reason learning all the fancy prompt engineering, harness engineering, loops or graphs or whatever because the tech moves so fast that each paradigm becomes obsolete in a couple of months.
Really really want the Star Wars galactic racer game but everything is too dear now… :(. Will need to wait. My problem is that so many people feel the same and genuinely great game developers suffer consequences because they don’t sell millions out the gate
META’s entire thing is to allow organisations to pay to influence their users… when some point in the near future, when they need to show *more growth* you think they won’t ultimately allow deep pockets to influence their Muse AI?
I’ll get an AI agent when it automatically always guaranteed to find the best deal for me on renewal of any subscriptions… insurance, energy, mobile, internet… but the providers won’t like that and will start paying to influence the AI. Because that’s what ALWAYS happens.

I reckon if someone made an AI-fake video of Farage on Newsnight saying these exact same words, no one would notice.
Happy Kicked In The Head By A Horse Day, to all who celebrate. It's the 7th anniversary of this absolute banger.
The youngest person his pager attack killed was 9-year-old Fatima Abdullah, who had just started 4th grade. The pager was on a table when it went off and she picked it up to take to her dad. It exploded in her face and reports said it covered the room in her blood. She wanted to learn English.

On the BBC News Katya Adler has just described Germany, where the far right AFD keep winning elections, as entering 'uncharted political territory'. Hmmm. Where Germany is concerned I think that territory is pretty well charted.
