the BDS requests on microsoft are extremely clear and also targeted. they aren't "uninstall windows now and change your entire life," they aren't even a huge ask for games media outside of like exclusive world of warcraft streamers. there is no reason for the near total silence other than shame

it feels like there is a very determined effort by games media/industry people in particular, and most of the audience in general, to simply not talk about Microsoft getting added as a priority target to BDS. not hard at all to guess why but it's still shameful www.bdsmovement.net/microsoft

The walls are closing in for trans folk. Really feels great how little of a shit most cis folk give. I couldn't even persuade my own friends to join trans pride this year, don't think there's much hope of widespread action against any of this shit

The UK's Crown Prosecution Service has issued guidance that failure to disclose trans status before sex could be considered rape. This will undoubtedly be used to baselessly charge trans people with sexual offenses in otherwise consentual sexual encounters. www.cps.gov.uk/cps/news/pro...
