I think the most frustrating part of the pro-AI argument is the sentiment of “well it’s here to stay, so you have to learn it or get left behind”. Outside of video players which were determined by porn, most prevailing tech wins out by the consumer demand. AI is trying to work the other way around.
I see bsky moderation continues to prioritize tackling serious safety issues.

The author hasn't died but you know who has? Dozens of my trans friends and family. Acknowledge the harm you're actually doing instead of waving your children at us like some sort of defence. It's truly fucking pathetic.
Some people get tattoos as a way of decorating themselves, like nice clothes or jewelry. I kind of envy their design skills, their dedication, their clarity of purpose. I, however, am a goofy capricious little gremlin and just put the funny pictures on me however it strikes my fancy in the moment
