Some context regarding Moda Center renovations. The Trail Blazers $600 million request is larger than any recent/planned public contribution to an NBA/NHL arena renovation. It's not "market rate" or even reasonable. What Dundon is demanding is an outlier.

You can pull up the @portlandmercury.com any time you'd like, but this is a strong argument for picking up a copy when you see it.
