Adam Muraski@adammuraski.bsky.social · 3h agoThat is not a question for me. I am only overly interested bc I grew up in Ann Arbor. I live in Milwaukee now. I don’t see AES moving to be a consensus candidate with the veracity required to overcome barely pulling off a win with a plurality.
The co-founder of the 2024 National Uncommitted Movement, Abbas Alawieh, decisively won his primary to become a State Senator in Michigan. Abbas was endorsed by both Bernie Sanders and Gretchen Whitmer. Abbas Alawieh also privately met with former VP Kamala Harris last month upon her request.
I'm still a bit worried with how many people are fine with thanking ICE and honoring Charlie Kirk (Stevens). That's a huge chunk, and there's an increase of ICE related deaths.
People are saying this isn’t the landslide they’d hoped for but I’d keep in mind that two weeks ago, polls showed Stevens ahead and also… 50 MILLIONS DOOOOHALLLLLLARSSSSSSSS
