Inadvertent experiment today while making flatbreads: the same recipe on a makes pita (3) on a baking stone and naan (1, 2) on a stovetop cast iron. Putting oil on the cast iron (2) produces a better result and doesn’t burn stuff onto your cast iron and mess it up (1) #baking
