"do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life" is bullshit. Doing what you love for work, will just lead to you hating what you love due to all the bullshit surrounding employment Moreover, ICE must be destroyed

i hate when people accuse someone of doing their job "for the money", simply because they are charging money for a service. do you make spreadsheets for love of the game, bradley

Incredible line from a grand juror in the Broadview 6 case, who had just asked the prosecutors why they get "unlimited tries" to indict people they don't want to indict: "I heard this case like last week and I thought it was a crock of shit then and I still think it is."

MS. MECKLENBURG: Okay. I'm feeling the 09:29:526 skepticism already. Are you going to be able to7 listen with an open mind? Tell me the truth.8 GRAND JUROR: I -- no.9 MS. MECKLENBURG: Okay. Then you have to10 go -- 09:30:0411 GRAND JUROR: I heard this case like last12 week and I thought it was a crock of shit then and I13 still think it is.14 MS. MECKLENBURG: Okay. Thank you for your15 opinion for everybody.

The fact that Gettysburg was the 3 days immediately before the 4th of July should make it a 4 day holiday. We should all take 4 days off to celebrate all the absolute legends giving their last full measure to preserve the Union and then cap it off by celebrating when we told a king to get bent.

82 years ago tonight, tens of thousands of men and women were crowded in ports, on airfields, in hospitals, and in the countless other Allied bases in southern England. They were American paratroopers from the 101st and 82nd divisions.

Hunter Biden spending his whole day every day on Twitter being like "I'm not a pedophile, I was smoking crack with ADULT hookers at the Super 8 outside of Newark, you guys have pictures of all of it INCLUDING my hog from My Leaked Stolen Laptop™" is a masterstroke. Should've done this years ago.

Silicon Valley has spent the last 15 years or so making it clear that they are actively hostile to the human needs of their data-generating users and essentially view them as cattle: it is stupid for lawmakers to assume that many members of the public still find these people *preferable* to China.

And indeed, many people are rather reasonably looking at this and going “Xi Jingping has way less ability to actually mess with my life or harm me than Trump and his Silicon Valley cronies do.” We NEED vastly better privacy protections and controls in the U.S. - which protect people from all risks.

So much US cybersecurity rhetoric and policy these days - from the GOP AND from Democrats - is still predicated on the increasingly very false assumption that the average American is more concerned about The Chinese getting their data than they are about Elon Musk (and his techbro ilk) getting it.

Using the cybersecurity angle to push back on cop drone surveillance programs is an interesting but deeply flawed tactic, imo. (Cops can actually afford overpriced and gov-approved US-made drones, unlike most, and can thus just replace their drones..so we need privacy regs with teeth to stop them).

I've got a friend kinda interested in minis wargaming and he saw a pic of a painted Tau crisis suit and thought it was cool and I looked up and showed him how much a box of three cost and he just immediately and silently flipped it off. Moreover, ICE must be destroyed.

A WIP shot of an attempt at designing a small scout walker. The legs are going to come out of the bottom. The main chassis is based on the smallest vehicle hull size ive been able to make and use without the card just falling apart Moreover, ICE must be destroyed
