I pass by this house every time I go to the church. It's lovely on the outside; the inside looks like it hasn't been updated in 50 years. The person who gets it should expect some to put in some renovations. Also, Bradford is nice, and also VERY MUCH a rural Ohio village, with all that implies.

While I think that Portland's bike infrastructure is no longer a leader in the US (a low bar), it remains the bike culture capital and I refuse to hear otherwise. Pedalpalooza is one of the coolest things this city does. Shift2Bikes has rides year round. It's an amazing community.

Portland bike culture is the best. The cat ride went by my house and many participants had cat ears taped to their bike helmets. Shamefully, my own cat declined to make a showing.
