People forget that procrastination is a superpower. I can pack for a 10-day trip in under 5 minutes. Of course there is also a cost. I am incapable of unpacking from a 10-day trip in anything less than 5 weeks.
Aaaargh. I have fixed all the really difficult cerebral problems in my code, and I really want to release it, but I have one remaining problem that is almost fixed but has some dumb off-by-one or something and I can't find it.

I just do not understand why people won't let kids play sports. Just let them play. Figure out some local rules. Keep those rules flexible, and LET THEM PLAY. All of them. Are some of them taller than others? Make a "tall kids" division. Next year they'll have grown again - shuffle shuffle shuffle.

Yep, the Cinema Sinification of moviegoing is truly depressing. Some genres, like the classic bedroom farce, are all about the audience recognizing tropes and conventions and merrily anticipating what comes next. I do love a "everyone hides behind the same screen and under the same bed" scene!

do I know any computer tinkerer types? can one of you help me out? I'm looking for a clicky, haptic knob peripheral for my pc, that when twisted one way activates one hotkey, and when twisted the other way activates another, for every click. Like a mouse wheel feels. I will pay for that help 😌
