Most chromosomal mosaicisms arise after fertilization. We report a child with hepatoblastoma carrying a chromosome 18 rearrangement that instead originated before fertilization. Multi-omics analyses revealed its evolution from gametogenesis to cancer. doi.org/10.1016/j.jh...
