I see channels who I used to respect slopping into AI generated content, be it on thumbnails or videos. The door is open for people to learn and put that behind them. This isn't meant to sound arrogant or gatekeepy. I understand being enthralled by new things. Learn, and put it behind you.

It's striking how 2000s sci-fi like @cstross.bsky.social's Halting State and Vernor Vinge's Rainbows End anticipated the gamification of espionage. And we've seen ARGs and location-based games blur the lines between gameplay and spying. Maybe we shouldn't be surprised it works the other way, too.

don't blame this on autism when it's the result of being raised in an age of Puritan online content moderation that has conditioned your developing brain to think that any exposed skin is inherently sexual it's giving "i have the autism that makes me hate women" you have to DEPROGRAM that nonsense

a comment on Fields of Mistria that reads "YES dude. pls pls pls make a SFW mod for Juniper too. I love this game so much by my autism makes me feel so uncomfortable about her sprites, and they don't reall make sense with the otherwise wholesome tone of the game. seems like i'm in the minority for thinking that, but would be awesome if the devs made a "sex sexualized sprites" toggle, or if there was a mod that did that.

The trouble with playing Scum & Villainy is that to describe the b.s. my unstable and reckless cyborg scoundrel got up to, would sound like a crazy confession to crimes. Suffice to say, our crew are smuggler/kidnappers/rescuers, and we're not THAT bad. And the authorities are worse people. Still...

Don't go around suspecting everything may be using AI. If you look for ai in every image, then all you will find is ai images. Don't use those sites that check for it, they give too many false positives. Use your eyes and brain, think through the process.
