What does surprise me is that anyone cares what she thinks. On the BART Board she tried again and again to destroy BART. She supported slashing service, was against demand based parking pricing, and opposed transit oriented development. Not someone anyone should listen to about transit policy.

Who is surprised that former BART Board Director Debora Allen is campaigning to destroy the agency she once served? Not me!

This level of flooding is somewhat normal during king tides, not for mid October. A poorly timed storm this winter will cause a lot of damage, and the @eastbaytimes.com is recommending a no vote on the climate measure (RTM). I'm losing my mind at how much people have their heads in the sand.

Heads up, tonight‘s board meeting has been canceled for lack of quorum. This is the first time this has happened in my 6 years on the board. 2 board members were calling in from Europe, one member planned to call in for safety reasons, and Young was planning to be absent.
