The rhetoric and practice among management about GenAI continues to actively devalue human skill, which, as this discussion is about demoralization, remains relevant. It's also still being marketed for things that it doesn't do well, which devalues the idea that those things should be done well.

Most rural areas have a ruling class. And they want cheap unfree workers & to pass their fiefdoms on tax-free forever. It ain't rocket science. The fact that we're scared to talk about THAT, ime, is what's costing us a lot of rural voters!
