Councilor Flynn just asked for a recess to send somebody down to City Hall Plaza to ask fanfest to turn down the volume. Council President Breadon said they were already asked, so there's not much the council can do.

Boston and Glasgow are working on a formal sister city agreement, citing the two cities' shared love of innovation, arts, culture and history (Henry Knox, of Dorchester Heights cannon fame, was a Scotsman). Hope to formally sign it on Tartan Day, next April.
