if the online right can’t post on bsky without getting blocked by so many people it makes the place too dull for them to hang around, i suggest they go and learn some manners and then try again

I don't really have an objection to the CEO saying Bluesky is open to all; it's kind of his job to do that. But as others have pointed out, the design of the site means it's harder for trolls/bots/chuds *and also* influencers/hypebeasts to get traction. The "bubble" here is actually normal humans.

It is, 100%, why no politician should expose themselves to Twitter, but it’s also an encapsulation of why capitulation to the far right doesn’t work: these are not intellectually honest people, and they won’t thank you when you address their fake concerns.
