i have a disproportionately high number of trans friends and acquaintances (5) that I knew before they came out and literally 100% of them are lighter, happier versions of themselves post-transition/coming out/whatever. (some of yall are still grumpy af but less than before thank GOD jk jk jk)

They need to think about loss of parking, business, etc. Also, it's too tall! He also has concerns about earthquakes. He says this should be a business decision.

If you get into a “who can cut taxes more” battle with the GOP, you’re going to lose because they are far more shameless and antagonistic to the idea of living in a functioning society. Don’t concede to their framing that taxes are nothing but a problem to be solved.
