People say we're much worse now than we were 20 years ago but about 20 years ago a woman on Big Brother joked around that she was gonna masturbate with a wine bottle and they edited it to make it look like she really had done it even though she hadn't and it sort of ruined her life 👍

This story is alarming because of the sum involved I know the bins outside Waterloo station - they are almost always overflowing! This does suggest enforcement officers are hanging around waiting to catch people out Either hang onto your rubbish or make sure it is properly inside a bin

You also have to wonder if councils are deliberately not emptying the bins so people have no choice but to do this, and then get fined
