That's the main !!! moment I took away when I was watching the statement. Like, that's insane. A Government minister is endorsing gender policing and abuse against people. That's insane.

The EHRC is responsible for drafting the guidance but the government doesn't have to accept it. Fobbing questioners off with "go and talk to the EHRC" is, ultimately, a sign of weakness.

The UKSC is as out of control as the SCOTUS. possibly even more so.

This ruling is mind boggling, Cheshire west immeasurably improved care for our patients and made us consider their care in a completely new light. To remove that is just wrong especially given the case CW was based on (Kędsior V Poland 2012). This court seems to want to make law more and more.

I couldn't care less about trans women who have got their healthcare and FFS and boob jobs and enough money to fuck off. It's just one big hierarchy of privilege with them flaunting it and them steamrolling over me and never inviting me to anything or listening to anything I say. One big smug club.
