It's royalties day! Royalties should be standard practice in any creative field. If you spend your life on something, it should keep taking care of you. Today, we're passing $120,000 in royalties distributed to the artists, writers, and designers of Triangle Agency. I am so proud we get to do this.

I wanna give @hauntedtable.games their flowers. In addition to paying us solid rates, we also get royalties for our work on Triangle Agency. I always forget that those exist because I have no object permanence, but whenever I get the email about it it’s a reminder of what a rarity that is.

Last year we helped @distributeaid.org by raising over $15,000 for their HRT supply kit project. These funds paid for hundreds of years worth of HRT supplies that covered enormous parts of the country and we wanna do it again, focused this time on some of our most vulnerable comrades.

Yes, of course McDonald’s posting about National Coming Out Day is “performative.” Nobody thinks Ronald McDonald threw the first brick at Stonewall. Nonetheless, the biggest and most influential institutions in American life performing affirmation of LGBT social and civil equality is a good thing.
