I reviewed those by myself, one by one—no AI involved!—and the filings pointed to police reports. I then sought those out separately and spent days combing through them.

A concerning development surrounding an incredibly obscure process Congress set up to deport some people with connections to terrorism. It comes as the Trump admin has reclassified many gangs as “terrorists,” and accused some innocent people of being gang members.

Thousands of people detained by ICE are actually held in local, publicly operated jails. These facilities–run by elected sheriffs–are making money off of the federal government's deportation agenda.

The detail I can’t get out of my head here is how he told his ex-wife that he had been hired by ICE, but she thought he must have been having a delusion, because how could ICE hire someone who had such a long history of family violence?
