16 states require a prescription: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia, District of Columbia In Massachusetts, Nevada and New Mexico, CVS is not currently able to offer the COVID-19 as of yet.
