it is incredibly telling and unfortunate that every single publication seems hell-bent on punishing WB for giving a successful black director money for an original movie, even if it's actually going over well. and that's something the industry should examine but of course they will not

So the deal is that Democrats give up all four remaining circuit court nominees and Republicans in return allow the majority to confirm district court nominees? I hate the post-election circular firing squad thing. But this is unbelievable. D Senators agree to hand Trump four APPELLATE seats? Now?
