The absolute gut punch of seeing mentors and heroes fall for the ai grift. Seeing their avatars flip to ugly generated art, their posts start to read like they were generated… lashing out at people who’ve clearly privately tried to walk them back to reality. We’re losing a lot of 50+ nerds to this

The irony is they are replacing all their non-union humans with agents run by a single organization that can demand changes in wages (aka token costs) overnight without bargaining.

I am still very much available for work! Skills: Art direction, concepting, prototyping, workflows & documentation, art implementation, strong communication and collaboration with programmers & designers. Please reach out via my email on my website for any opportunities 💖 fensartden.com

I've recovered a cache of documents and videos from the pre-production phase of Project Apollo, a canceled Batman game Monolith worked on for Warner Bros. The materials, from 4/2009 to 1/2010, were in deleted sectors of a HDD used at a game company. archive.org/details/proj... 1/9🧵

If anyone is interested in learning basic programming or python, I HIGHLY recommend this. Granted, I didn’t take the course, but I followed the book on my own and it is an OUTSTANDING way to learn some python skills to do what the title says: Automate the Boring Stuff! 😎👍🏼
