I'm going to be really disappointed if this fake landlord-backed anti-progress "DSA" crew has successfully conned the supposedly intelligent denizens of Ann Arbor into backing them. I am prepared for disappointment. It's the maga-fication of everything, pseudo-intellectual edition.

I want to make a case to my Ann Arbor neighbors to reelect Christopher Taylor, even though his opponent's politics are closer to mine. We’ve progressed so much since 2016 under Taylor's leadership. We built much more housing and are bringing more people into this sweet community.
🗽LOLGOP🗽@thefarce.org · 2w agoThere are many reasons to vote for Abdul. The most practical one is that if you want to win Michigan in Nov, we need him on the ballot. Benson doesn't bring one new vote to Stevens & versa vice. Abdul speaks to the irregular, anti-system voters who decide close races here. He will bring them out.

AQI 450, smells like a bonfire, the sky is a dying flesh-tone, there are wisps of particulate matter visible in the humid air.
As someone who is very much not a morning person, I would prefer year-round standard time. The winter clock in Michigan is just fine; there's too much light too late in the evening during the summer; better light in the morning when I'm struggling to wake up — society favors morning folk :)

We already effectively have this in Michigan (1994’s prop A) and it’s not great! Argh! i wish my local DSA would run candidates with a better grasp on policy.
