He's losing words. Anyone with a parent or loved one suffering from dementia will recognize this pattern. Wen he says "moving cameras," it's because he can't recall the word "videos" and so he's stating the component parts as best he can. E.g., a "camera" is involved and the images are "moving"

There's an interesting proof that time travel doesn't exist in our universe and it is that if it did exist, you would right now be getting ambushed by a cybernetic chimpanzee. If you are not currently being ambushed by a cyborg chimpanzee, you simply don't have to think about it.

My neighbor across the street got burglarized and he said the cops literally said "we're on to these guys" after saying "they've hit 20 houses in the area" and then he asked why they were able to hit 20 houses if the cops were "on to these guys" and that was the end of the investigation lol

It’s so funny when people are like “sure you’re an abolitionist now but wait until you’re the victim of a property crime.” Buddy, the most useful thing the police have ever done for property crime is put the form you need to submit to your insurance online.
