no, actually, an executive order cannot "expand the category" of people excluded from birthright citizenship, we literally just went through this www.axios.com/2026/08/06/t...

Zoom in: Trump's administration argues that the ruling still grants him the authority to limit birthright citizenship under long-standing exceptions recognized by the court. The executive orders apply only to future births tied to four categories: Children born of foreign diplomatic staff working on behalf of another government while in the U.S. The 14th Amendment doesn't confer automatic citizenship to ambassadors' families, and this order would expand that category to other noncitizen employees. Children of people who are classified as alien enemies, including those who belong to federally declared terrorist groups. The 14th Amendment doesn't apply to invading armies, and this designation would expand that category.

Just 3 weeks ago, JD Vance tried to use the Marine Two helicopter to send his 9-year-old son to a golf lesson. The helicopter costs between $16K-$25K per hour to operate and is paid for by American taxpayers. He has also used it for multiple recent “house hunting” trips in the DC suburbs.

Just this past week Iranian hackers have attacked municipal water infrastructure in seven different states and the media is only talking about Minnesota and briefly Wisconsin. Tehran-linked hackers were breaching online automated devices used to manage systems. This is the future
