Not much art in the past 2 weeks as I’ve been converting our junk room into my craft room. It’s almost complete. A few more things need moving upstairs and some more storage solutions are on their way to make the most of the space. I even made myself a new necklace which I wore to MegaCon. #crafting

I literally almost quit #GameDev #SoloDev #IndieDev #Godot #GodotEngine earlier but by making notes I’ve made the following without rewatching the tutorial I was following. This is truly the way forwards I’m so lazy sometimes but honestly writing notes is the way forwards

Also, given the success I’ve had at Jiujitsu with taking notes, I’m going back on #GameDev #SoloDev #IndieDev using #Godot #GodotEngine but this time I’m taking notes and really going to focus. This is the best way to escape tutorial hell (otherwise I’d just give up 🤷‍♂️)

Well, it finally happened! After 9 years of Unity dominance, Godot was the most used game engine for GMTK Game Jam 2026 submissions. 🤖 Godot - 47% 🎮 Unity - 34% 🛠️GameMaker - 5% 🚀 Unreal Engine - 3% ✨ Other - 11%
