I got to sing shape notes with some of my favorite people today. I almost didn't go, but I'm glad I did. My heart really needed it.

The thinking that AI can make a "buisness decision" is particularly toxic. Why? Because it cannot by definition be held accountable. Therefore it cannot make any decision. You, the person who prompted it can, however. And that is why a decision to use it should not be taken lightly.
Writers/Musicians/Artists told you from Day 1 that this was theft. Straight up. Always has been.

I cut some chicken breast into strips, marinated them in this with some garlic powder & amino acids, wrapped them in bacon, & baked them. Delicious! I might just stick to the marinade & no other extras next time. Also marinated some extra strips of just bacon & baked them. 🤤

My scale broke a couple of months ago so I don't actually know my real weight atm. But I have lost a bit. I've had to tighten my belt 2 notches. Sure, I would like to be back where I was 10 years ago, but in the meantime, I just wanna be able to wear my purple Converse again. 😔
Whenever you see a tech guy claiming that their "AI" is too powerful and makes them worried, what they are actually doing is intentionally passing any future guilt onto the tech instead of themselves and also lying to make their product look more valuable than it is.
I feel certain that a lot of my problems in this life are to help me be sensitive and gracious to others experiencing the same thing, but dear Lord, please. I'm so weary.
