honestly, the fact that we have made it through the atomic age *without* another use of nuclear weapons since 1945 is a miracle we don't fully appreciate

I had to code and pronounce a time of death on a respiratory therapist colleague. There's a memorial plaque for her outside the emergency department to this day. I wrote and re-wrote my will. I will never forgive these ghouls trying to rewrite history and deny our experience.

Mainstream reporters can see MAGA is building a dictatorship. They don't tell the public because their newsroom leaders: A) hope irrationally that everything will fix itself B) fear being punished by fascists and/or C) are in league with fascists. That’s why they pretend this is normal “politics.”

Since they aren’t writing how it’s a sham now.
i once sat in my ambulance with a patient for 10 hours because there were no ER beds because there were no beds available anywhere in the hospital we ran through every O2 tank we had and the hospital was so low on O2 tanks that they couldn’t give us a new one
