It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.

I guess it's something the judge called it out, but fake citations routinely get lawyers sanctioned and that should have happened here. The standard of conduct for DOJ lawyers should be *higher* than for private attorneys, not lower.

It's berry season and you have the tiniest friends. These critically endangered babies are Egyptian tortoises that hatched on July 4 and 6, 2026. Currently, our Egyptian tortoises are living behind the scenes in a warm and cozy habitat with lots of attention from their dedicated animal keepers.
Anti-Platner predominated here not b/c it's ideologically monolithic but b/c everyone from Never Trumpers to radical socialists came through the common experience of not wanting to use the website run by and for sexist and racist internet trolls who like Nazi imagery.
