Don’t be a contradiction, speak with your wallets here.
Every now and then I remember that Carpenter interview about why he stopped going to the masters of horror dinners and he derisively says "Eli Roth and his Hollywood haircut" and...if I were Roth, I would've straight up committed seppuku after that.

I actually liked #EvilDeadBurn a lot despite some issues with it as a sequel. And the post credit sequel tease was great and nicely fucked up. But I really wish the series would bring back more creatures. This film and Rise at least gave us a cool Big Boss Deadite, but they could do so much more.
I have a desperate plea for directors of future Evil Dead films: Stop doing the "Dead by Dawn" callback. You aren't even doing it right! When it happens in Evil Dead 2, most of the potential victims are still alive. It doesn't land the same when you've already whittled down your cast! #EvilDeadBurn
OK, so this is way overthinking it, but...isn't it kind of cheating for the Deadites to be able to recite the resurrection passage? I mean, if they could do that this whole time, why did they need to trick people into playing recordings of humans doing it? #EvilDeadBurn
I sadly managed to keep missing EVIL DEAD BURN in the theater, so time to spin up the digital copy. Heard extremely mixed things, but since I liked EVIL DEAD RISE I'm going into this with more or less positive expectations.
Watched TOUCH ME and it just reminded me that Olivia Taylor Dudley should be a way bigger star.
Unsurprisingly, I watched THE DEVIL'S MOUTH last night and it is not good. However, I mainly watched it to see Lana Condor in a swimsuit and boy did I get exactly what I wanted in that respect. Would also be a hilarious film to watch with a shark expert and see them melt down over how dumb it is.

Watching FLESHEATERS FROM OUTER SPACE and so far the highlights are the alien ripping a guy's dick off for pissing on his leg and another guy taking so long debating on if he should abandon his injured friend that the alien just sneaks up and kills him anyway.
