People angrily insisting that El-Sayed using the phrase “break bread” re: sharing a meal with Jews at Passover was ignorant or offensive or insincere is a peak combination of assholes going out of their way to find something to get angry about & some Jews having weird illiteracy about Judaism.

I supported Matt Little for CD2 before he got the DFL endorsement, and voted to endorse him as part of MYDFL because he took an unequivocal stance on the genocide in Gaza. He didn't condition his response with, "The UN says it's a genocide" the way Berg did.

Over $60 million in superpac spending couldn’t buy the election for Haley Stevens. Unlimited spending can’t cover up the liability of being against abolishing ICE and voting to thank them. Next Tuesday Minnesota can send the same message by voting against Laken Riley Act supporter Angie Craig.

I always have so much fun going through arcade flyers. Japanese ones generally say something like: "AMAZEMENT, SPEED, go crazy with 200 techniques full of EXCITEMENT", or some stoic story blurb with sick art. Then US ones are like "PROFITS, INCREASE YOUR EARNINGS, DROWN IN TOKENS" in plain text.
