There is a line between "pushing the law rightward" and "acting as an enemy to the U.S. Constitution", and I think Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have crossed the line quite a while ago (seeking to nullify Reconstruction-era birthright citizenship constitutional amendments is just one example)

Pushing “token maxxing” was such a stupid move. These AI companies encouraged their business customers to get workers to use their services as much as possible while they were at their cheapest, but obviously that wouldn’t be sustainable once prices rose. They designed their own hype bubble.

Then he took it down, claiming he just wanted to make a point and didn't want to see harm to the person he named. What he hasn't admitted is that he mistook info on a sketchy site for official NY court records.
